- Open command prompt as Administrator. To do this Type Cmd in the start-menu, then right click on Cmd and click Run as Administrator.
- Now in the cmd windows type “SLMGR –REARM”.
- Press Enter and wait till it executes.
- Now a dialogue message box will appear asking you to restart your system. Click Ok to restart your system.
- That’s it. When you restart your system you’ll not be annoyed with “ Not genuine error” anymore.
